Terms Of Service

By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.

AS AN ARTIST...
✦ I maintain full ownership to the commission piece.
✦ I maintain the right to post the piece to social medias and/or include it in my portfolio.
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission if it is too complex, and/or it makes me uncomfortable and/or I am simply unable to draw it.YOU, AS A CLIENT...
✦ MAY NOT claim my art as yours
✦ MUST credit me if you post the commissioned work to online sites or use my art on your profile (e.g. profile pictures, headers)
✦ MAY crop the piece to whatever size.
✦ MAY request for minor edits and alterations to the piece before I finalise it.
✦ MUST keep my art style in mind. DO NOT commission me if my style is not to your liking or isn't what you're looking for.
✦ If you are underaged, please make sure you have your parent(s)' or guardian(s)' permission to commission me.DURATION
✦ How long I take may vary depending on how complex or simple the commission is.
✦ I can take up to 3 months as I am busy with exams and with my studies.WORKING PROGRESS
✦ Client will receive a draft sketch for approval and a cleaner sketch for second approval.
✦ Please list all the changes you wish for me to make when you receive these sketches.
✦ Once the client approves for the second time, I will proceed to finishing the piece.PAYMENT PROCESS
✦ I use PayPal, TNG eWallet, ShopeePay and PayNow.
✦ If you want to use PayPal or ShopeePay to pay, please do keep in mind that the price will increase due transaction fees.
✦ Client has to pay after giving second approval.
✦ No refunds once I have proceeded to finish the commission.
✦ Client should pay within the first three weeks of making the order. Otherwise, I will have to cancel the order.KEEP IN MIND...
✦ I WILL NOT DRAW NSFW, anthropomorphic characters, sexually suggestive scenarios, nudity, mecha, problematic stuff (e.g. incest, pedophilia).
✦ I CAN DRAW yumeships, original characters, fan art, underwear (but absolutely no sexual stuff going on), ships of real people.
